Heard a lot from people that if u want to fall in love u should visit Paris….
Don’t say such crap… Why should I do that… If I don’t want to fall in love… on the contrary I will rise in love and progress. LOL ...this can be a vague writing with cluttered mind. Just the way our mind is…. Constantly clinging and thinking non-stop without a sense of rhythm and final goal.
A relationship starts with doubt, suspicion and disbelief. Be it with a new boss, colleague, new person whom you are meeting for the first time, a college friend who is successful, a marriage proposal, HR person for a job, an insurance agent, a bank home loan official… etc etc. There can be innumerable examples and list can be endless. Unless……U start trusting your own self and open up your own mind and life to expand.
In this life while you are always on the run, surfing on new ideas and getting inspired by people and stories. A search for the new hope and a good start. Every person needs attention and requires adulation and simple words of motivation. Atleast you have heard that person and there can no reason on earth. Why u cannot believe in you and the power within…
If you are not creative limit your own capabilities, and have a less aspiration then you are insulting yourself. How can you better yourself…Easiest way is by compare with others, ask for close friends consent and suggestions. Nevertheless it should be inside out because all answers are with you. Only you are soo much surrounded by fears and skepticism that you find the problem bigger than you. So break this shackle of dilema and crisis.
All of us have problems… but atleast you are born as human being with feelings, care and compassion with gratitude. And a everlasting spirit who can rise to any challenge
So never say never. You can do it collectively do it and fight it out till the top.

A Sindhi Girl from Mulund
It can be gush of swirling wind!!! She just passed by me and her fragrance… wow!!! It still reminds me of the cute and beautiful girl. Need to wait on 3rd floor or just hang out the office glass door just to have a glance of her. She makes my day. Probably it is a magnetic attraction which pulls you to her. She an electric personality... :)
She always uses the word lovely and I wonder why is that such a commonly used lingo. Is it in her lingo or it is a simple expression of making someone feel better and good about it. It surprises me everytime she begins a conversation.
U should see her pics in Saree… my ghosh!!! She is ravishing and a treat to drool over.
She is photogenic and always keeps her head tilted in one position… don’t know why? Don’t ask me either. Her free flowing long luscious hair and she had straightened it to be quiet evident. She loves compliments and smiles and acknowledge only when she is convinced about it.
Meet her only once and u will know what am I saying about this beautiful grace of God.
HE must have taken many years to artistically fashion her. Those eyes….with soo much of compassion and simplicity. Mischief at its best and playful with joy and happiness.
She might disagree with certain things….and try to act innocent and naïve. However I know deep down she is very sweet and nice.
Goa is her favorite holiday destination and had travelled to Leh-Ladakh (where incidentally there was no snow). She is from Delhi to be more precise and many more destinations...
Beside the words “Lovely, Awesome, Really”…. Maybe there are more words she frequently uses.I sometimes wonder whether she knows that she is iconic and very inspirational. She brings lot of hope and encouragement. Be a job situation or guidance. She is like a Agony Aunty… LOL. Last time when she cried was in K.G standard. She claims there are no feelings left in her heart and she is become a tough nut. Yeah….!!! Really…!!!
Someone once had told me that u can will meet new people on your way towards success and life. The story of one person will inspire and bring in you the Best as an individual. She is a living example of the same. A real outstanding individual. Enormous amount of Thanks and Gratitude for being there.

Accepting the Otherness of Others
Richshaw Driver in Mumbai…
Story of Mumbai and the various troubles a normal person travelling in rickshaw, bus or in a car has to go through.
Every morning I stand atleast for 10 mins searching for a rick to take me to the station.
Initially it was unpleasant and building up the pressure since you are getting late to office
It is pain I would agree however it is soo much fun just to wait and chill around.
Things seem to be very easy of you just way your hand and there rickshaw stops.
If u had not gone through the experience of waiting, getting impatient, getting irritated and agitated. It is hard to imagine that I have changed a lot.
The joy of finding a rickshaw would have never occurred to you.
Someone once had said there is no gain without any pain.
I should appreciate and thanks the rickshawalas to make understand that “I should accept the otherness of others”…
We really don’t know what they must be going through…
Most of them are from different parts of the country…living alone in slums or
Must be spendind the night in a rickshaw. Life is tough for a rickshaw driver….
He stands for two hours in scorching heat nearby to CNG gas stations so that he can fill it up.
No sign of hygience, personal care, food eating habits…
Must be having road side food and eatables….and also tea and sometimes a Biddi…or occasionaly drinking.
Must be facing irritating passengers, rude and nasty Seth (Boss) each day
He is a guide and inspiration for all ordinary people…..
He motivates us to be a better human being
Humble and nice , Sweet and caring.
Next time when He says NO to your requests…. Just Let Go …
And Say “ Cheers and Cheese “ !!!!

With lots of Love Sweetheart
Definition of Happiness...I was once asked by someone define Happiness in simple words. Started blaberring about something in mind and blurted out first couple of lines which were completely whacked out and was blank for couple of mins later. The discussion continued and this incident played on my mind all the time till this moment.
It has been 3 weeks from the time i had moved out of HUL and started travelling back to town... my favourite place in Mumbai - Churchgate.
Life has expanded and i am filled up with soo many positive wibes all around. I find value and add soo much of contribution.
This has been missing in life for soo many days, months.... maybe a year back.
I travel everyday passing by each station and all the memories come flashin back... each Suburb had simple and sweet memories...
Mahim - Church ... Yes the church!!!

Should i get stuck in memories ... no way !!! should be out of this and move on... Decided to do so each passing day for the last three weeks.
Slowly and steadily ... i will be able to find my mission of why my Karma leads me to travel to town....

Interview at Draft FCB Ulka... One fine Friday :)
Interview at Draft FCB Ulka... One fine Friday :)
Took an off from office on a Friday and went to town. Had an interview at Draft FCB Ulka for Strategic planner with Mr Wabgaonkar (Mr Wabs). Took a morning train reach town and there i was staring at the EROS theatre and Lakme Salon and then i was back in my past HUL- Churchgate days. Used to travel every morning to town and had such a nice time with her. Memories came flashing by and before it could force me down, I walked by to catch a cab to Inox. I called HR at FCB for directions and he told me to take a cab. I was wondering how far it is. The cab took me past "The Intercontinental" and there it was another memory flash of my birthday in 2010 which had celebrated with her. Finally reached the interview place. Phew! Took the lift and was at the entrance of the agency office. So majestic and beautifull. Informed the receptionist and was guided towards Mr Wabgaonkar.
He made me watch a video for the agencies ad films and client base.
Mr Wabs....He is such a down to earth person and Ideal boss or mentor to work with. My 30 mins interaction with him lead to such a wonderfull feeling about FCB. would not forget it forever. I trust this phrase completely As you move up the corporate ladder, people become more and more humble and compassionate. Mr Wabs is a living example for this. He was soo considerate and sweet. There is so much of maturity and simplicity in him. he had a life state which made me resolve that i want to be like him 20 years from now.
There is lots to write.... However i will continue doing so... Cheers!

Job Change - Transition from Comfort Zone to Tata Motors
Out of my comfort zone(HUL)and challenge your own self. Making myself independent and self aware at the same time. How many times you had taken the leap and made that one resolve to develop something new and take charge. Whole day clearing budgets/ bill and just coordinating amongst the various stakeholders is not helping me learn specific things in marketing. In my present state of life, u r well protected, shielded by people around and nobody challenges you head on. because there is always a boss/ superior at the forefront receiving and answering questions and resolving. It is fine if i am held responsible, given a tough task and will come victorious out of it. However i should always do things correctly and courageously and not falter by being hyper and impatient.
Many things had gone behind my decision finally. She not there being with during this journey is also helped and pushed me think for myself and future.
I know it was not a easy decision. Will see how life takes shape by itself. And should transform me as person and human being. Make me a leader and a mentor for my own self who looks upto for inspiration and hope!
