Job Change - Transition from Comfort Zone to Tata Motors

Out of my comfort zone(HUL)and challenge your own self. Making myself independent and self aware at the same time. How many times you had taken the leap and made that one resolve to develop something new and take charge. Whole day clearing budgets/ bill and just coordinating amongst the various stakeholders is not helping me learn specific things in marketing. In my present state of life, u r well protected, shielded by people around and nobody challenges you head on. because there is always a boss/ superior at the forefront receiving and answering questions and resolving. It is fine if i am held responsible, given a tough task and will come victorious out of it. However i should always do things correctly and courageously and not falter by being hyper and impatient.

Many things had gone behind my decision finally. She not there being with during this journey is also helped and pushed me think for myself and future.

I know it was not a easy decision. Will see how life takes shape by itself. And should transform me as person and human being. Make me a leader and a mentor for my own self who looks upto for inspiration and hope!
